If you experience any problems with your order — whether it’s the wrong item, a sizing concern, or something arrived damaged — please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Because our items are made in limited batches and often made-to-order, we do not guarantee returns or exchanges. However, we handle each situation individually and will always do our best to work with you.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
